I ordered from this shop two bags and was amazed regarding their can-do attitude to work with my brief. Another shop (Indigo Cat, I think) turned down my request because they told me that they don't do custom orders. Here, I gave them strict & crystal clear specifications about sizing, and the type of bag that I was looking for. From that point, they were free to do, and suggest, what they do best; with plenty of time. Later on, I received my order in Saigon before my departure. Exactly, if not better, than we agreed. For this reason, I recommend this shop without reservations. They are totally trustworthy and masters at what they do.

Great shop with a lovely owner, some very unique items and probably a better selection than indigo cat. You have to ask for the prices for each items and personally I'd prefer if it's labelled! Still good to see some unique crafts from the Sapa regions.
