Yaly Couture - Nguyen Thai Hoc branch, Hoi An

The first day we arrived in Hoi An we took our time to walk around and do our research before settling on a tailor that we liked. Yaly stood out to us for a couple reasons: - The staff who worked there were very kind and attentive. They were happy to answer our multitude of questions about the suits and provide advice as to stylistic choices. - The range of designs to choose from was very impressive. - The quality of the materials used was quite high. The staff also endeavoured to take us upstairs to show us their workshop, explaining that they employ all of their own tailors who work exclusively for them. We went back in the next day to place our orders and get measured up, and the following day we returned for our first fitting. We were all very impressed with how well our suits and shirts fit, but the staff continued to make more adjustments and measurements to ensure the final product was perfect. Although the suits we bought were a little bit more expensive than some of the other options around town, you definitely pay for what you get as the quality of our suits is fantastic (and still about a quarter of the price I would pay for a suit back home to Australia). There are also options in different price ranges to choose from, and the staff are happy to do deals if you buy multiple items. At the end the staff kindly folded our clothes for us (in a compact manner to allow them to fit in our luggage), although the option is also there to have them sent home if needed (at an extra cost). Overall we were extremely happy with the service provided by Yaly, and now that they have our measurements we can look at their online store and order more tailored clothing to be sent to us. We would especially like to thank Barbara, Kayla, Cynthia and Olivia for looking after us over the few days we spent finding the perfect suits.

Bought a 3-piece suit and a couple shirts at Yaly. Was helped by Athena and had a good experience. Recommend for others. Happy with end result
