A three-story medical safe house carved into the side of a cave, Hospital Cave was once a secret stronghold during the American-Vietnam War. Located in thick foliage nearing the entrance to the national park, the bomb-proof hospital represents an impressive feat of engineering, with a labyrinth of treatment rooms, offices, ammunition rooms, and even a small theater and swimming pool. Amble your way through empty, eery hallways, which served as home to many of the National Liberation Front or Vietcong from the hospital's completion in 1963 until 1975. Most the rooms are empty or just have a bed frame in them. Very little to no information about what the rooms housed, what happened here etc. We could only guess it was from the Vietnam America war...

Great experince. This place shows you how a hospital looked like in vietnam war which was made in a cave. The tour guide speaks English and explains everything. Entry price 40.000 VND / person including tour guide. You also can bring your pet inside the cave.
