Our original place to meet was scrapped due to high winds, so they quickly transferred us to a more protected area from the wind, and it was well worth it. Joe, our guide, was amazing! He was helpful with my son and I who never had kayaked before. He would check on us at the rear of the group and made sure my son was alright and having a good time. We drove from North Carolina and would do it again for this trip. It is one of the coolest things that you could do and be in nature and not standing in line for something. Absolutely amazing!

Wonderful tour! We came within feet of a manatee, dolphins, and a gator.Our guide Brandy was extremely knowledgeable and her assistant Hunter was very helpful. Some things that I wish I knew ahead of time… The kayak are tandem so be prepared to share with another member of your party. The tour involves kayaking down some pretty narrow canals. You will get to know other members of our tour group weather you want to or not as bumper boats will become an unfortunate reality. (If you can smile and laugh about it you will have more fun.) Part of the tour takes you into the aptly named, Mosquito Lagoon, you will get bitten. Take Mosquito repellent and wear long sleeves if you can. All that said, we saw and experienced things we never would have otherwise. And the bioluminescents are more magical than you can imagine. I would do this again in a heartbeat; it’s something you’ll remember forever.
