I love all Hard Rock establishments. They love my money! Tampa is the big bad wolf that many aren't aware of or may be afraid of. If you are a gambling man like myself then you know that Hard Rock Tampa is boot camp for gambling. If you can win there then you can win ANYWHERE! ENJOY! CUSTOMER service is amazing. Best casino buffet in America Hands down. The slot attendant Tara G. was a great help and rest of staff.

This was my first time at the Hard Rock Casino. The casino was lovely and the staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful. I was disappointed in the service in both the upstairs and downstairs casino. Our group had to search for wait staff and you would think that when you have to pay for a cocktail (downstairs casino) there would be many people to serve us.. I want to be clear that the wait staff were all very nice and helpful there just weren't enough to service the casino properly. The drinks were very good. The food court food needs to be changed because it wasn't tasty. Overall it was a fun day!
