Whetstone Chocolates Tasting Tour, St. Augustine

We took the tour yesterday and our guide, Joe, was fantastic. The humor was dry and corny and he poked fun at the tour group in perfect dad joke fashion. The tour alone was a 5/5 but then when you actually taste the artisan chocolate, it elevates it even further. I wish I could rate it higher. The tasting squares are great for gifts or even just the slight chocolate craving and the shells are great for some interesting flavor combinations. For the shells I would recommend the key lime and the dark chocolate orange. For the tasting squares, the Sebastian is great if you want a healthy 80% cacao dark chocolate, but it is an acquired taste. But the absolute winner is the De Leon. It is the perfect blend of that dark chocolate taste and sweetness. I cannot recommend this store enough. A must visit in St Augustine!

My friend and I arrived a little late to the tour, but the tour check in worker was very sweet and quickly got us right into the tour, no problem! SUCH a neat experience! Perfect tour for the whole family! Informative and entertaining! Our tour guide, Joe, was knowledgeable, entertaining, and hilarious!! The chocolate is THE BEST I've ever had!! I wish I could give this place 100 stars!
