Bucky was our guide, and he was AMAZING. He was hilarious and his acting was wonderful. The tour was great, but Bucky really made it special. It was really informative and seeing all the artifacts that were in wonderful condition. I would gladly go again when I come back.

This was a fun place to visit, but I think a great deal of that had to do with our tour guide Jasper. It was obvious he not only had interest in the property history, but also enjoyed sharing it. Great with the kids and very patient to the many questions they had. The jail itself has a fascinating history and many stories behind it. I highly recommend going. St Augustine is a tourist trap of the highest order, with lots of sites that are an absolute waste of time in my opinion. This place, to me, is a 'must see'. If you are there for only a day or two, put this and the Fort on your list.
