River Park Marina, Port Saint Lucie

Last weekend was my first time trying kayaking and I loved every moment. The weather was so beautiful this day. I met Jackie she gave easy instructions on how to get around the route and reassurance that I will have fun and it will all be fine. Once I completed the whole route I took the kayak back to where they are stationed. I noticed The money I had in my pocket was in the kayak I put it in my pocket (well I thought I did) and I grabbed my water. When I got home I checked my pockets and realized I must of dropped it thinking I put it in my pocket . See I was so excited and in the moment , talking and everything I didn’t realize that I really didn’t put my money in my pocket. Jackie called me and asked if I forgot anything at the park I told her I lost money and she said she found it by the kayak. Thank God ! She is such a sweet and generous person for that . I highly recommend everyone to visit ! It’s a beautiful experience with kind people. Definitely going to go again on my next trip to port at Lucie.

It is a charming place. Ideal to come with family and children, since there is a large playground for them. There is a nice shaded pavilion with a grill, which if I am not mistaken, can be rented for special events. From the docks, if you bring your fishing rod, you might catch something, there are local fishermen. Different picnic tables and nice views of the river.
