Dog friendly: yes Trail is wide, flat, sand/dirt,grass with occasional tree roots. Sun/shade mix. This is also a horse trail so watch your step. We heard insects and an airplane overhead; otherwise, it was quiet. We saw evidence of wild hogs and/or armadillos that had dug up the trail. We did not meet anyone else on the trail. Bring your own water. Parking is free in the large fenced in area.

I guess it's ok if you don't have a back yard, or live in a *new* community... FYI this is what developers are destroying for your overpriced neighborhood... I was expecting a view or even a pond, just a lookout tower for a tree line. Overall. It's lame, but well cleared
