Best audio tour. You can stop it and start it and listen to whatever sections you prefer. The best parts were the interviews with actual former prisoners. Dress for the outside weather. Great to take creepy photos. There is currently an art exhibit in one cell called specimen of insects and animal remains collected from the property. Very cool overall experience.

Cool experience! The place is very well maintained and the guides are very informative, nice, and answer all your questions politely. There is also an audio tour available. You can see old cells including Al Capone's lavishly furnished cell. Great experience for the whole family!
