Founded in 1973, Quayside Gallery is one of the oldest and largest member-owned art galleries in the United States. It was constructed in 1878 as the Germania Steam Fire Engine and Hose Company.Plan your visit to Quayside and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Pensacola road trip planner.
All exhibiting artists are juried into the gallery under stringent standards.
We feature new art shows every month on our main level and our artists are constantly showing new work throughout the remainder of the gallery.
Art workshops are periodically sponsored for members and the public.

We visit a lot of art galleries in our travels, and Quayside was one of my very favorites! The artwork is beautiful (much more enjoyable than the museum next door, TBH). In addition to original paintings and photographs, they have prints, ceramics, jewelry, and other forms of art, all by a myriad of local artists. The people who work there were all quite helpful and friendly. Artwork is available for a wide range of budgets. I saw 12x18 prints available for as little as $30, and beautiful large paintings for as much as $1,000. We bought an original by Ellen Holland for $120.
