Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Went in to see if a watch could be repaired (which they are facilitating since I live in a market too small for watch repair shops). They saw my curiosity for merchandise and allowed me to browse without pressure. When I expressed an interest in an area and brand, only then did a staff person patiently listen to my parameters for a gift. Still no pressure, but her expertise and familiarity with pieces helped me choose just the right gift.

We purchased our wedding bands and had a custom setting made for a family stone to use in our engagement ring. The entire team took great care of us. Especially when we needed a quick repair done right before we needed to leave the country for our wedding. Mohit and the team really pulled out all the stops to make sure we had our rings perfect by the big day. As a business owner myself, seeing how well we were treated (probably at the expense of the business) just to keep us happy with the end result was amazing.
