This place was great. The hospitality and care of the customer is top notch. The guide Evan was amazing. He made us feel safe, gave great instruction, and cheered us on. I came with my 2 elementary aged children and felt safe. Mateo the manager and other employees cheered us all on as we tried to wrap our heads around walking off the plank. All 4 of us succeeded. Great time will come again.

Great place for kids and adults to be active and have hours of fun. My three critiques are: The wait at the snack bar. We stood in line for quite awhile waiting to order. Adding benches in the changing area would be helpful, especially if you have kids that need to be changed. Also, upon checking in, if a lock rental for the lockers was offered initially it would prevent having to get back in line just for the lock. I know now to ask for a lock but it would have been nice if it was a question asked upon arrival. Overall, my kids had a blast and it was a great workout!
