Little Havana Cigar Factory, Miami

Me and my friend was in the shop around February after a cigar event in West palms. While we were looking at all the cigars that were roped off the sales associate that was there kind of ignored us and asked these two ladies if they need help as they were on the phone facetiming with their husband's. The guy kind of frustrated steps away so me and my buddy recommended a few cigars that were on the budget side (looking after the consumer you know bang for your buck) they guy rushed over to us and said that these guys don't work here, they know nothing of cigars, and they need to talk to only him. We recommend 10 dollar cigars but he pushed 25 dollar cigars on them. I had a bad experience at this shop and I typically give people second chances but I will never return to this shop because of how disrespectful he was.

Great location. Very large assortment of cigars. Nice sitting areas.
