Captain Joe was able to get us in the same day we called- the last day of our vacation. He was so kind and considerate with our 15-month-old. He’d go for a little ride whenever our son got too warm and the ride was so smooth. He had extra waters and a cooler to share. He took the time to show us plant life, really educate us on the eco system, and fully explain the wildlife and answer all of our questions. We highly recommend!

Captain Mike was amazing today! My parents were in town from Texas so we decided to book a little last minute morning trip. The whole experience was wonderful! He was very informative and made it fun, he had a great energy and we felt safe and hydrated at all times. Thanks for the last minute accommodation will definitely be back.
