We went for tour on 2022/5/23, we booked 7 PM tour and was required that to arrive 40 minutes earlier. But when we arrived, we were waiting for the BOSS coming to sign the waiver and he came around 19:30 which means we had waited for him for over an hour!!!? besides, the BOSS was even not showed up in person to say sorry, our time is spent for wonderful moment in Hawaii not spent for waiting for your boss okay?… ZERO star for the company boss… the star is for the nice lady who assist us for check in and the guy (I remember his name is Chase, not sure for the spelling) who helped us in the sea. I can definitely say the high review points is because of these great assistants help the business run well not the boss 🙄

It was amazing!!!! It was recommended for us to go and I was a little apprehensive but I am so glad we did it! Very much worth the money. The crew were all very nice, informative, and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the big island.
