If you go to Six Flags Great Adventure I highly recommend disregarding all rides EXCEPT Skull Mountain. Skull Mountain is by far the best roller coaster in the park. Featuring thrilling drops, twist and turns. I do no suggest children under the age of 15 go on due to the darkness and scariness. If you are looking for an amazing once in a lifetime experience please go on this roller coaster you will not be disappointed. I rode Skull Mountain 10 consecutive times today. Getting ready to do 10 more tomorrow. GO SKULL MOUNTAIN!
It was overall a really good experience. We experienced no wait and wonderful weather. Our favorite part was probably when one of the giraffes spent 5 minutes licking our car. We were pretty impressed. They had so many animals. Honestly, I was impressed, I was impressed, I was impressed, and then I saw they had probably 20 lions in this enclosure that were all just kind of sitting around. At least five or six male lions really close to each other. And I just felt like, they are probably not supposed to be that close to each other. This must be either really boring or really nerve racking for them. So then I felt kind of bad about it. I don't really know the situation. Maybe that's fine for the lions. Maybe they would be in a worse situation otherwise if not for the safari. It's like this at any zoo. But it was underscored by the fact that they just really have so many animals here. Impressive, but makes me wonder.
