Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Beach

Pretty decent beach but could've been better. I went Tuesday morning and it was pretty crowded. The sand was kind of hot but wading in the water was nice. I had to wait a while to get a decent photo of the water without people in it. I found some alright looking shells, they're on the smaller side. Not too much seaweed on the sand, thankfully. I was near the access close to Ron Jon Surf Shop. Parking is a bit dicey because it's expensive, seems like the city really wants to milk the beachgoers. Didn't go in the bathrooms so I can't attest to their cleanliness (or lack thereof), but they had outside showers and foot washing stations which were useful for getting sand and mud off my feet. There's equipment for rental nearby but it's probably pricey, and there was a staffed lifeguard stand, for a little more peace of mind. Not bad, but not the best I've ever been to.

Great mix of locals and tourists. Beautiful beach with a Lively atmosphere. Lots of restaurants and shops including Ron Jon Surf Shop.
