Dig your feet into the sand and watch tortoises go by on Barefoot Beach Preserve, one of southwest Florida's last undeveloped barrier islands. Hike the short path for views of the ocean and lush vegetation and consider a guided walk with a ranger to learn about the area's plant and animal life. You can also pick up a free informative recreation guide. Restrooms, showers, and a concession stand at which you can purchase food and drinks and rent beach equipment are available. The preserve also provides parking for a fee. A visit to Barefoot Beach Preserve represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Bonita Springs trip itinerary maker site to plot your vacation.

God blessed The Community by positioning this park in a beautiful area that once you visit it you will long to go back again. Thank you for the goodness this brings so we the people can enjoy a beach that’s a treasure. God bless Naples/Bonita we still have some open areas to enjoy without owning million dollar homes

By far my favorite beach in the area. Very nice area with lots of parking and cute little Gopher Turtles, so keep an eye out for them! The beach is a nice mixture of sand, not pure shell like other beaches. Bathrooms are nice. Lots of diverse sea shells. Water is usually pretty flat with minor waves, good for paddle boarding.
