Their Victorian steam launch ‘Falcon’, built in 1894, enables visitors to experience the Broads by water. The museum is supported by their Patron, Henry Cator OBE DL, managed by a board of trustees and largely staffed by volunteers. The museum attracts 8,000 plus visitors every year.

It was too hot to look around the museum when we visited but we chose to pay extra for the boat trip, we still bought the museum tickets :). We had a lovely time on the boat and our boats driver told us many interesting things on our journey. He was very jolly and made the journey even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend that you visit and go on a boat trip :)!
Really helpful volunteers sharing knowledge and skills. Good wheelchair access awareness, including access to the boat tour. A very enjoyable experience
