This is a lovely NT property. The house is fascinating, the guides are knowledgeable and everything is beautifully preserved and presented. There's the biggest and most extensively planted walled garden I've ever visited, the doves and chickens strutting about the place are great to see. The grounds are extensive, we did the walk around the church and ice house. This is National Trust at its best.
Wonderful day out. The house is a great visit and the usual National Trust facilities/amenities were good. The real selling point of Felbrigg Hall is the miles upon miles of walking routes. There are walking routes for everyone and the majority of the footpaths are even. I would recommend Felbrigg to visitors of all ages as there is something for everyone! I'd also like to give some additional credit to the volunteers in the house, extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Trust properties are nice and all but they would be nothing without their passionate and dedicated volunteers. Will definitely be visiting again.
