The Top Secret Comedy Club, London

What a brilliant place. We came across this on via Google and decided to give it a try on our recent trip to London. We love a comedy night. We were not disappointed. Easy to find despite the name and great intimate venue. We saw three comedians, or four if you count the compere as well. We had a great time and enjoyed the drinks too. We will definitely be paying another visit.

We came here as a group to the Monday night new material £1 comedy show. What a great Monday out. Some comedians were fantastic, others missed the boat but was a good night out. The drinks are affordable and there are a few breaks through out the night to top them up. There are reviews about the bathrooms and overall cleanliness of this place, I don’t really disagree but I think people need to remember you are at a comedy club and not at a 5 star hotel. Could the place do with a clean, sure but it’s not so bad that it should put you off coming for a fun night out. I will defiantly be back. The only thing I will say is that the tickets are sold at £1 and we thought that was so cheap. It became clear at the end that they wanted donations etc which makes sense. But people felt pressured to give £10 each etc as they left. I have no problems paying the amount but would rather have had it in my ticket price. The night is still a bargain for £11!!
