Marvel at lifelike wax figures of the world's most famous actors and actresses, athletes, entertainers, and politicians at Madame Tussauds London. This is the original site of the museum that's become a franchise in nine other cities around the globe. Wax sculptor Marie Tussaud established the museum in 1884, and today it houses over 300 figures. The figures on display change frequently to keep up with the times, but you can expect to find sculptures of famous people from both the past and present. After viewing the exhibits, sit for a 4-D movie on a 360-degree screen, and then enter the Scream! house of horrors. Purchase your tickets online before you visit to reduce both the price of admission and your wait to enter. As the title says, I did enjoy this place more than I thought. Well organised, friendly staff and plenty to see. There was a very good atmosphere walking round and it wasn’t too busy when we went...

Madame Tussauds London was a fun experience. There's lots to see and they really put a lot of effort into making it a memorable experience. It's suitable for people of all ages. All the wax figures look quite realistic. The only reason for giving 4 stars was that there was a queue when we arrived and it was really full. I would do again, but try for a quieter day.

A 200 years old museum of wax statues. It is the finest example of attention to details. A great display of exemplary craftsmanship. Nicely managed too. We arrived late at 4 pm but the staff was courteous enough to let us in. Although we completed our visit in 1.5 hours but it could had easy been 3 hours. Overall a great place to visit
