The Deep
Located in a strikingly angular, sloping building at the confluence of the Hull River and the Humber estuary, The Deep serves as home to thousands of sea creatures. Although the main attractions are the seven species of shark on display, the aquarium also boasts a collection of marine life that includes rays and many other tropical fish. You can take a stab at controlling an underwater diving vessel in the aquarium’s interactive area. A visit to The Deep represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Kingston-upon-Hull trip planning app to plot your vacation.

Absolutely loved it here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed it was also like a discovery centre not just an aquireum. The animals were great, lots to see and to take photos of. Would...

We (my partner and myself) visited on bank holiday and it was a really nice hour spent. Some would say a little over priced for the time spent? But I think they get around that by offering free...

Deep is still top science. Could do with some upgrades... But... 17years ago they predicted all. The climate change, and global warming .. Incredible.. And... When your kids are hungry... You need a place to eat. The deep restaurant is amazing, the view, the food...The kitchen staff are top chefs and waiters... It was very important for my kids. Loved the gift shop..too Overall, in summary.. the knowledge of the science staff is amazing. I'm an aquatic biologist but the members of staff did surprise me with some exciting, fun facts... My kids (4 and 6)loved it. I'm sure after pandemic will be gone, with some investment they will be the no. 1 place to go... When it comes to fun and education... 5 stars, thank you

The best aquarium I have ever been to. The amount of different species of fish, sharks, amazon species... is all incredible. We arrived at 4pm and they close at 6pm. Fantastic idea that you can use your ticket again during the next 12 months. Will definitely be returning again.
