    Before going to Abbot Hall to see the Turner-Ruskin exhibition, I checked the website and saw the bit about paying an extra 10% so they get extra funding. I arrived, paid the extra and was only then....  more

    Small, but quite interesting. A variety of contemporary and traditional art. Some of it quite thought provoking.

    I made a special visit to see the Turner and Ruskin exhibition but found it unimaginative and dull in its presentation. More could have been done to present the works in a lively and engaging way to make it more attractive to the younger population whose job it will be to keep the memory of such great artists alive.
