  • Beautiful gardens but the reason for the review is the fabulous cafe. Sourdough toasties were incredible. Service was quick and very pleasant, atmosphere and decor were great but the food was superb!

  • As always The Terrace Cafe at Brantwood has excelled themselves. A beautifully made flapjack (vegan) which, when paired with their chosen coffee, is simply perfect. Heartily recommend a visit whether for the food, the coffee or one of the best views in England (weather permitting). The Terrace itself is lovely (though you may have to share your cake with the cheeky birds) but inside is a wonderful place to wile away an hour or two.
  • House was very interesting thoroughly enjoyed it. Cafe was very good. Downside was the walks very vague signage, bumped Into quite a few people who were struggling to find some of the walks. Better signage would improve the experience.
