  • A fantastic museum charting the history of Iron making in the area .A informative look into the history of Iron makers in Coalbrookdale and how they came to design and construct the world famous Iron Bridge and how they made every day items that were exported all over the world. This is a well laid out museum with a lift to access the different levels and lots to take in .There are toilets nearby and a restaurant opposite and this museum is part of the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trusts extensive museum network that are all situated in and around the Ironbridge Gorge .A picturesque place with lots of B&Bs a local hotel and shopping In Ironbridge.A good day out or even a few days away with lots of walking in woodlands nearby .
  • My visit was a few years ago but as a photographer who loves Industrial work this Ironwork Sculpture was wonderful from very talented artists.
