Roly's Fudge Bowness-on-Windermere, Bowness-on-Windermere

The best fudge I’ve ever tried. We were visiting the area and accidentally came across this little treat and the beautiful smell of the fudge being made in the pots had us walking in. I’ve had fudges before where they say they are a flavour type but you kind of get some flavour essence after, but not these. This packs a punch but without moving away from being fudge. To top it off we met Gemma in the store. The level of passion that woman has for fudge is incredible. You can tell she is a person who pours love for the craft into ever batch. We had a wonderful conversation about the fudge and other random bits and she allowed us to sample flavours. Her enthusiasm for what she does was so contagious I bought 3 flavours from the counter and I’m suppose to be on a diet 🙈

Delicious. The smell led us inside. The samples did the rest.
