Geneva brings the world to one small city with a huge expat population and the highest number of international organizations in any one city.
Start off your visit on the 6th (Tue): admire the local landmark of The Geneva Water Fountain and then contemplate the waterfront views at Lake Geneva.

London, UK to Geneva is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also take a train; or do a combination of car and train. The time zone changes from Greenwich Mean Time to Central European Standard Time, which is usually a 1 hour difference. In September, plan for daily highs up to 24°C, and evening lows to 13°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Tue) so you can go by car to Zermatt.

Zermatt — 2 nights

Best known as home the Matterhorn mountain, Zermatt serves as a chic ski resort town of the Swiss Alps.
Start off your visit on the 7th (Wed): pause for some serene contemplation at Intercontinental Church Society, then take in the awesome beauty at The Matterhorn, then explore the activities along Riffelsee, and finally explore the activities along Stellisee. On your second day here, trek along 5 Lakes Walk, tour along fresh powder with Sunnegga, then explore the different monuments and memorials at Mountaineers' Cemetery, and finally enjoy breathtaking views from Gornergrat.

The capital and political center of Switzerland, Bern sits on a peninsula formed by the U-shaped River Aare.
