Fort Myers Beach is a town located on Estero Island in Lee County, Florida, United States. Step off the beaten path and head to Corkscrew Swamp and Lovers Key State Park. Step out of the city life by going to Parasailing & Paragliding and Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve. Explore Fort Myers Beach's surroundings by going to Bowman's Beach (in Sanibel Island), Edison and Ford Winter Estates (in Fort Myers) and Barefoot Beach Preserve (in Bonita Springs). Marathon — 2 nights

A tiny city just 16 km (10 mi) long, Marathon is spread across several islands in the middle of the Florida Keys.
On the 7th (Tue), look for all kinds of wild species at Dolphin Research Center, look for all kinds of wild species at The Turtle Hospital, and then see what you can catch with a fishing tour. Keep things going the next day: stroll through Bahia Honda State Park, then take in the views from Seven Mile Bridge, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Sombrero Beach.

Key West — 2 nights

Located just 140 km (90 mi) from Cuba, Key West is an island only about 6.4 km (4 mi) long and 1.6 km (1 mi) wide.
Kick off your visit on the 9th (Thu): enjoy the sea views from Key West Lighthouse and Keeper's Quarters Museum, then contemplate the long history of Truman Little White House, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Fort Zachary Taylor, and finally get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center. Keep things going the next day: explore the different monuments and memorials at Key West Cemetery, then cast your line with a fishing tour, and then cruise along The Overseas Highway.
