For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.
Pack the 14th (Tue) with family-friendly diversions at Universal's Islands of Adventure. Have a day of magic on the 16th (Thu) at Walt Disney World Resort. Next up on the itinerary: get in on the family fun at Universal Orlando Resort, zoom along the surf with a waterskiing or jet-skiing adventure, take in a show at Happily Ever After Fireworks, and make an unforgettable trip to Magic Kingdom Park.

Norfolk to Orlando is an approximately 3.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. While traveling from Norfolk, expect a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Orlando, ranging from highs of 91°F to lows of 73°F.
