Sarasota — 2 nights

Sarasota is a city in Sarasota County on the southwestern coast of the U.S. state of Florida. Get some historical perspective at De Soto National Memorial and The Powel Crosley Estate. Take a break from the city and head to Stump Pass Beach State Park and Venice Beach. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Sarasota: Ideal Classic Cars Museum & Showroom (in Venice) and Englewood (Englewood Beach & Manasota Key Beach). Next up on the itinerary: discover the deep blue sea with a scuba or snorkeling tour.

Marco Island is a city in Collier County, Florida, United States, located on an island by the same name in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Southwest Florida. Kick off your visit on the 30th (Sat): relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas, enjoy the sand and surf at South Marco Beach, and then get up close to creatures of the deep with a dolphin and whale watching tour.
