Fort Lauderdale — 59 nights

Known as the "Venice of America" because of its extensive network of navigable waterways, Fort Lauderdale welcomes over 10 million annual visitors, most of them attracted by the city's popular beaches and marinas.
Visit Lincoln Road and First Presbyterian Church for their historical value. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and Art Deco Historic District are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Change things up with these side-trips from Fort Lauderdale: Miccosukee Indian Village (in Tamiami), Everglades National Park (Shark Valley Visitor Center, Buttonwood Canal, &more) and Miami Beach (Saint Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Ocean Drive, &more). Spend the 15th (Sun) exploring nature at Everglades National Park. And it doesn't end there: see the interesting displays at Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, explore the activities along Intracoastal Waterway, get engrossed in the history at Stranahan House, and admire the masterpieces at Wynwood Walls.
