New Delhi, India to Kathmandu is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of train and bus. The time zone changes from India Standard Time to Nepal Time, which is usually a 0.2 hour difference. Traveling from New Delhi in June, things will get a bit cooler in Kathmandu: highs are around 34°C and lows about 22°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 4th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel to Pokhara.

You can do a combination of car and flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara in 3 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. In June in Pokhara, expect temperatures between 36°C during the day and 26°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 6th (Mon) to allow enough time to fly back home.
