Bangkok — 5 nights

City of Angels

Enjoy cultural, historical, and culinary exploration during your holiday in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand and the most populous city in the country.
Step off the beaten path and head to Maeklong Railway Market (Talad Rom Hub) and Wat Chaiwatthanaram. Get in touch with nature at Snake Farm (Queen Saovabha Memorial Institute) and Chao Phraya River. Change things up with these side-trips from Bangkok: Amphawa Floating Market (in Amphawa) and Bang Saen Beach (in Chonburi). There's still lots to do: contemplate the long history of The Grand Palace, hunt for treasures at Pak Khlong Talat (Flower Market), see the interesting displays at Madame Tussauds Bangkok, and learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at Safari World.
