Stockholm to Abisko is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. Traveling from Stockholm in March, you will find days in Abisko are slightly colder (2°C), and nights are about the same (-2°C). Cap off your sightseeing on the 16th (Wed) early enough to catch the flight back home.
