You can drive from Roros to Trondheim in 2.5 hours. Other options are to take a train; or take a bus. Traveling from Roros in July, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit warmer in Trondheim, with lows of 13°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 15th (Fri) early enough to fly to Alesund.

Alesund — 8 nights

A lively seaport renowned for its high concentration of Art Nouveau buildings, Alesund stretches over seven islands and features a compact city center almost entirely surrounded by water.
Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Alesund: Gudbrandsjuvet (in Valldal) and Andalsnes (Romsdalseggen & Rampestreken).
