Apia, Samoa — 4 nights

The Samoan capital of Apia serves as the first port of call for most visitors, and it plays home to a number of historic sites, a laid-back seaside promenade, and a range of hotels and restaurants keeping tourists entertained.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Yoga Samoa and Baha'i House of Worship, Tiapapata, Samoa. Get out of town with these interesting Apia side-trips: To Sua Ocean Trench (in Lotofaga) and Lalomanu Beach (in Lalomanu). There's much more to do: tour the pleasant surroundings at Papapapaitai Falls, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Immaculate Conception of Mary Cathedral, admire all the interesting features of Apia Town Clock Tower, and enjoy the sand and surf at Lefaga Beach.

London, UK to Apia is an approximately 33.5-hour flight. Traveling from London to Apia, you'll lose 13 hours due to the time zone difference. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 4th (Fri) so you can travel to Savai'i.

Savai'i, Samoa — 2 nights

Start off your visit on the 5th (Sat): get outside with Mount Matavanu Crater, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Alofaaga Blowholes, and then stroll through Afu Aau Waterfall. On the next day, stroll through Aopo Lava Tubes and then head outdoors with Saleaula Lava Fields.

You can do a combination of car and ferry from Apia to Savai'i in 3 hours. Cap off your sightseeing on the 6th (Sun) early enough to travel to Neiafu.

Start off your visit on the 7th (Mon): pause for some serene contemplation at St Joseph's Cathedral and then get outside with Outdoor Activities.

Do a combination of ferry, car, and flight from Savai'i to Neiafu in 7.5 hours. In February in Neiafu, expect temperatures between 34°C during the day and 28°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Mon) to allow enough time to fly to Haveluliku.

Start off your visit on the 8th (Tue): pause for some photo ops at Ha'amonga'a Maui Trilithon, then steep yourself in history at Captain Cook's Landing Place, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Anahulu Cave - The Underground Swimming Pool. On the 9th (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: enjoy the sand and surf at Mapu'a 'a Vaea Blowholes and then paddle through the water with Fatai Kayak Adventures.

Funafuti is an atoll on which the capital of the island nation of Tuvalu is located. On the 11th (Fri), get advice or help at Tuvalu National Library, tour the pleasant surroundings at Funafuti Marine Conservation Area, and then get a sense of history and politics at Tuvalu Philatelic Bureau.
