Lent iconic status as a result of its famous bridge and opera house, Sydney has a down-to-earth charm that enhances its spectacular setting and functional efficiency.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Balmoral Beach, Mosman and Sydney Observatory. Bring the kids along to Bondi Beach and Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. Change things up with a short trip to Shelly Beach in Manly (about 36 minutes away). The adventure continues: get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at Sea Life Sydney Aquarium, wander the streets of The Rocks, catch a live performance at Sydney Opera House, and take in the views from Sydney Harbour Bridge.
