Ljubljana, Slovenia to Puerto de la Cruz is an approximately 11-hour flight. You can also do a combination of shuttle and flight; or do a combination of car and ferry. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 1 hour traveling from Ljubljana to Puerto de la Cruz. Finish your sightseeing early on the 19th (Sat) so you can drive to Costa Adeje.
