Theme Park Capital of the World

For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.
Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at The Mall at Millenia and Disney Springs. Get in touch with nature at Dolphin and Manatee Adventure Tour and Andy Romano Beachfront Park. Change things up with a short trip to Ormond Memorial Art Museum & Gardens in Ormond Beach (about 1h 5 min away). Pack the 20th (Tue) with family-friendly diversions at Universal's Islands of Adventure. There's lots more to do: get in on the family fun at Universal Orlando Resort, get curious at SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology, and admire the masterpieces at Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art.

The Village of Islands

Islamorada, long recognized as one of the world's top spots for sport fishing, encompasses six islands in the Florida Keys.
Start off your visit on the 23rd (Fri): cast your line with a fishing tour and then soothe aching muscles at some of the top local wellness centers.

Key West — 3 nights

Located just 140 km (90 mi) from Cuba, Key West is an island only about 6.4 km (4 mi) long and 1.6 km (1 mi) wide.
Step out of the city life by going to Scuba & Snorkeling and Fort Zachary Taylor. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Alan S. Maltz Gallery and 7 Artists & Friends Key West. When in Key West, make a side trip to see Bahia Honda State Park in Big Pine Key, approximately Big Pine Key away. There's lots more to do: see the interesting displays at The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, look for all kinds of wild species at Key West Butterfly & Nature Conservatory, contemplate the long history of Truman Little White House, and make a trip to Mallory Square.
