Miami Beach — 5 nights

The World's Playground
Separated by water from the neighboring city of Miami, Miami Beach sits on a barrier island between Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. You'll get in some beach time at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and Lummus Park Beach. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Anhinga Trail and Fishing Charters & Tours. Explore Miami Beach's surroundings by going to Fort Lauderdale (Fort Lauderdale Beach Park & Las Olas Beach), Everglades Alligator Farm (in Homestead) and Hollywood North Beach Park (in Hollywood). There's lots more to do: get to know the fascinating history of Art Deco Historic District, view the masterpieces at Romero Britto Fine Art Gallery, take a stroll through Ocean Drive, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Surfside Beach.
Take the guesswork out of planning a Miami Beach vacation by using our trip itinerary maker.
