It was an amazing experience. I wasn’t expecting so much content, information, realization of myself…it really brought me another perception of myself the future, teaching & yoga overall. I am grateful to have been surrounded by 3 amazing teachers with valuable knowledge and very well aware of the challenge that can be for everyone on a personal level and as a group during this course. I feel confident to continue my path and take all the learning into my daily life. Also living in an ashram for 4 weeks and be surrounded by so many people give a great experience to have at-least once in your life. I highly recommend it. Thank you!

Going to Arhanta Yoga for the yoga teacher training course was an inspiring experience. I had never done anything like this and was a bit apprehensive, but everything went very well. The Ashram lifestyle is refreshing and invigorating, the classes are interesting and the people are kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't have gone better in my opinion.
