Banyan Tree Spa Phuket, Choeng Thale

My wife and I stayed here and we had the most amazing time at this property. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with summer drinks, garlands and a welcome card and then transferred to our villa in a golf caddy. Each and every staff member that we came across was very polite and respectful. The property was top notch and all our needs were taken care of. The signature villa was one of a kind and we will definitely being going back and recommending this to our friends and family.

This is our second time back here and both times have been amazing. The reason we feel is because one, the design of the resort is truly guest centric. It’s relaxed, easy, spacious and user experience is fabulous. The common pools with the bars are a highlight. The ease of cycling around the property is a lot of fun. The villas are so spacious and yet not too grand but comfortable and intimate. Two, the vibe from your team is very warm - kind, generous, welcoming. We came back with our two kids after three years and both the times we felt so welcomed and cared for. Three, there is such east access to the beach and we can hang there at the many charming places. The golf club next doors is an added bonus for us as a family. Ease of movement around the property and also to be able to get out easily is wonderful.
