We have visited at the beginning of April. Be prepared- at this time of the year inside the castle is colder than the outside. Plenty of rooms to visit in this 6 story castle so bring enough time.

Excellent experience. The castle is in top shape. Furniture and everything is renovated, organized so that we can see how the inhabitants lived here. There are also video devices in almost every room, providing interesting insights in a friendly and easy to understand manner.

Gorgeous, well worth the walk. Stunning views, in spite of local industry. So relaxing, a haven. Friendly staff too.
