We have visited at the beginning of April. Be prepared- at this time of the year inside the castle is colder than the outside. Plenty of rooms to visit in this 6 story castle so bring enough time.

Excellent museum with excellent view. When you’re walking up the castle, you can see farms with cows, horses, ponies, chicken, goat and sheeps. Outside the castle there are also beautiful gardens. The castle is very well mantained and has interactive guide. You can also take a guided tour. We went on Sunday in October and it wasn’t very crowded. Very recommended.

It's a wonderful small castle with lots of signs and information about the 13th century. A very nice view for the fields and landscape when you reach the top. There are a small shop. It's a good place to spend a day.
