Plunging from a height of 200 m (656 ft), Simmenfalle offers great photo opportunities. The best view of the thundering cascades is from the Barbarabrucke bridge, built as a barrage for preventing the flooding of the valley. A narrow, rugged footpath that winds up hill to the origin of the River Simme is well worth following. A restaurant at the base of the waterfall is a good place to stop and refresh on the way back.     Not too many people here. but the falls are worth the detour. I recommend visiting. We did not go up to Siebenbrunnen but nice nevertheless

    Went to hike in the area. These waterfalls stand on a very nice path, with several others. It is really worth the walk, and why not, a picnic. As far as I am concerned, I continued, climbed

    Should be even better in the summer for hiking but a nice break for sledging and fish and chips picnic
