Three floors of temporary and permanent exhibits feature an array of expressive visual pieces, each accompanied by the story behind the artist. Note that your bags must be put in a locker upon entry, and photography is prohibited. The gallery may not be appropriate for young children given the mature content of some of the works. My wife and I really enjoyed this art collection. Both the permanent and the temporary exhibits were fascinating. We spent about two hours at the museum exploring the 4 floors, but you could easily spend an hour or more per floor to take it all in and really absorb the pieces. It was very helpful that the artist biography was in French and English. There are several videos with headphones, only in French though.

Really enjoyed this collection. Information on these fascinating artists really connects the work to the viewer. A bit out of the way from the centre but worth a visit.
