If you are travelling in Switzerland do not miss out the half island of St. Peter the only island in the lake of Biel. The hotel is beautiful and at night the quiet of the night is not to be missed. The food served is locally and based on what is in season but top quality.

Not an island since the 1800s. The diminishing lake water has left a perfect above water trail to reach the island. Great bike route. Very pretty region.
