The Macaronesian Ornamental Garden gives you a scented overview of the island's indigenous plants. Another must-see is the Bosque de Laurísílva, where tree species that once covered the island are preserved and cultivated. • One of the highlights of our holiday in this lovely resort, which we have visited before . However sadly one of our group had money stolen from their rucksack. Probably we were not vigilant enough...

  • These gardens are small but full of beautiful plants and well tended. The history is fascinating and the larger plants provide shade from the sun. At 3 Euros for a visit it's a snip.

  • A peaceful and wonderful place with a wide variety of plants and flowers. All species are labeled, some even with a QR code, so you can hear the description in English, German or Spanish. There's seating and a small pond with a few fish. Admission costs 3€ per person, has toilets and wheelchair access. I recommend you visit especially if you are a nature lover. It's perfect for spending a couple of hours on warmer days, as there are many shady areas. You can also take beautiful photos.
  • Lovely place, cheap to get in €3 per person. Good selection of amazing trees and flowers, points around the garden where you can scan a qr code and get information about specific trees and plants. Very informative. Nice way to wind away a couple of hours, just watch out for the gardeners and there high pressure hoses, whilst they water the trees and plants, can get a little damp 🤣
