Bushwillow Park, Howick

Camping site was impeccably kept, neat and clean. However, the trail to Mare's Tail Falls was so disappointing as the trail was overgrown and poorly marked, most likely due to exceptional rainy season. Did the hike 4 years ago and it was easy to follow the trail, so a bit of a disappointment to not be able to get to the falls this time around. Got horribly lost, came out at Karkloof reserve, couldn't find trail back home, had to get a friend to rescue us. Great experience despite the trail.

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful Park. It has beautiful green grass right through the Park. Taps close to all stands. Bathrooms are good and clean with washing machine. Fantastic views. This Park is ideal for people who want a quite and peaceful camping site.The only reason I give it 4 is because there is no cellphone reception. If you ask, you get a wifi password. Otherwise, it is a 5 all the way.
